Summary: Wonderful stay overall! Friendly staff and great location. However, the A/C didn’t work that strongly and no bathroom ventilation fan made the room quite warm most of the time.

Summary: The hotel lists air conditioning as an amenity but quite simply the building's system does not cool the rooms, and the staff is aware of as much. This was quite disappointing since I specifically came here due to my own broken AC. In addition, there was no fridge in the room. Overall it's a place they slapped on new paint on and are a bit cheeky trying to call 4 stars. The receptionist was friendly

Summary: No cooling of hotel room due to weak AC during a heat wave was unfortunate. Tried to change rooms but staff said all rooms were warm and they offered a fan. I spoke to another guest and he said his room was cool.

Summary: Great, helpful and friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Only one elevator working for a few days but it was fixed quickly.

Summary: Quiet street-quiet room in back overlooking the parking area. Nice breakfast served daily. Staff is very helpful and friendly. They know the city and can call taxis for you. Many good restaurants in the area and a great Lebanese restaurant about 200 feet away on same side of the street. Rooms have coffee/tea makings and a refrigerator. Beds are comfortable and A/C etc is intuitive and works. Supermarket is a block away and metro is about 4 blocks away. Lots to see and do. Be careful of pickpockets on crowded metro or trams. Lots of good cafes and restaurants in the city.
